Born from over two decades of passion, hustle, and hair artistry (starting in salons at just 11), Rhiannon launched Coulture in 2017 as a home studio with heart. What started small didn’t stay that way for long.
Now based in our boutique space on French Street in Pimlico, Coulture has evolved into one of Townsville’s most sought-after salons—known for quality work, grounded energy, and a subtle Melbourne edge.
With a background in fashion, including Hair Director for the Townsville Fashion Festival, Rhiannon has always blurred the line between hair and art. That influence still lives here—through every colour, every cut, every transformation.
This isn’t a conveyor belt salon.
We don’t rush. We don’t guess.
We create hair that feels like you—elevated.
Meet the Team
At the center of it all is Rhiannon—founder, creative director, and specialist in lived-in colour and seamless blends.
Alongside her is Paige, our emerging stylist with a soft-goth edge and a serious eye for detail. She’s calm, intuitive, and quickly building a loyal following of her own.
We’re intentionally growing and currently looking for a senior stylist who brings both skill and energy to match the space.
